This I know for sure...

Every summer for the last three years we've seen a bunny hopping around the neighborhood. Each year as the weather grows colder, I worry that the bunny won't survive the winter. I'm assuming it isn't a pet that the owner allows to roam the neighborhood like some do with their cats.

Every spring I keep an anxious eye out for him. I don't usually see him until mid May. Yesterday, I spotted him in the neighbor's yard. Now, I can shelve my worry until fall.
