A new year is a time for new beginnings. It's time to start fresh whether that be a new weight management plan (as we all start in January), a new job, a new writing program full of goals and promise, and to leave behind those who bring you nothing but heartache and to let go of things that bring you nothing but stress.
I hope everyone one has a wonderful and prosperous 2012.
